FROM IDEA TO CONSTRUCTION
The beating heart of OMEF is our factory in Italy, where we design, manufacture and test high-quality forestry and agricultural equipment. The entire production process takes place in-house, using only certified and traceable steel, to ensure strength, durability and superior performance.
OMEF forestry equipment is the result of a process that combines technical expertise, innovation and attention to detail. The design phase is the cornerstone of our business: we carefully analyse the needs of forestry and agricultural professionals, developing solutions that combine efficiency, robustness and ease of use. Our technical department uses advanced design software to produce high-performance models.
After design, an initial prototype is made, which goes through rigorous testing in our prototype department. It is then put to the test in the field, to verify key parameters such as efficiency, productivity and safety.
Once perfected, the product enters the production phase, which takes place entirely at our factories in Italy. Here, each component is machined with the highest precision, using advanced cutting, welding and assembly technologies. Every step of the process is supervised by experienced technicians, ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.
The result is a range of forestry and agricultural equipment designed for durability and exceptional performance even in the most demanding working conditions.
