LOG GRAPPLE HD
with robust structure and open or closed tips
OMEF’s log grapple HD has an extremely robust and durable double cylinder design for sorting and moving logs and timber of all sizes on an excavator, backhoe loader, telescopic handler or tractor.
The grapple is available with two different types of tips:
• OPEN: for greater versatility and manoeuvrability on varied and uneven timber or in tight, confined spaces where gripping is more difficult.
• CLOSED: for safer and more stable work on large and heavy logs, optimal for transport and storage.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The grapple features significantly reinforced profiles and a larger rotating plate, and is also prepared for application on chainsaw units.
The hydraulic system requires a double-acting hydraulic line.
Safety is ensured by the block and relief valve, which is integrated on all grapple models.
The machine can be equipped, to improve speed and ease of work, with either the oscillating rotator or the fixed rotator.
Our ‘turnkey’ kit is available on all models, consisting of:
• Mounting bracket, specific to your operating vehicle;
• Dedicated hose kit.
This way you can quickly install your equipment and start working, without worrying about the rest.

360° OSCILLATING ROTATOR
The hydraulic oscillating rotator allows the implement to rotate and tilt in different directions In addition to 360° rotation, it also allows lateral oscillation of approximately 45° (left and right) in relation to the vertical axis.
It requires a hydraulic line in addition to those used to operate the equipment.
FIXED ROTATOR 360°
he hydraulic fixed rotator only allows 360° rotation of the attached implement, without lateral oscillation This type of rotator keeps the implement perpendicular to the excavator, providing greater stability.
