TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Foreign Market)

OMEF GROUP is looking for a new team member to join the Sales Department as a Technical Sales Representative for the Foreign Market.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and company ownership, after a training period, the candidate will carry out all activities related to business development in the target foreign markets (EUROPE-ASIA):

  • scouting for business opportunities, analysing and opening new sales channels;
  • identifying and developing new clients through systematic, effective, and constructive relationship management;
  • maintaining long-term client relationships through high service levels and strong relationship focus;
  • negotiating commercial offers, managing orders and related documentation;
  • participating in trade fairs and industry events to promote the brand;
  • achieving sales and profitability targets;
  • preparing periodic reports;
  • collaborating with internal teams to update sales support materials and ensure effective integration between customer needs and offered solutions;
  • constantly analysing the market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Technical and/or economic diploma or degree.
  • Willingness to develop in-depth technical knowledge of the sector (products and competitors).
  • Sales skills and experience in a similar role, preferably in mechanical manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and at least one additional language (German or French).
