<p>OMEF GROUP is looking for a new team member to join the Sales Department as a <strong>Technical Sales Representative for the Foreign Market</strong>.</p>

<p>Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and company ownership, after a training period, the candidate <strong>will carry out all activities related to business development in the target foreign markets (EUROPE-ASIA)</strong>:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><em>scouting for business opportunities</em>, analysing and opening new sales channels;</li>



<li><em>identifying and developing new clients</em> through systematic, effective, and constructive relationship management;</li>



<li><em>maintaining</em> long-term <em>client relationships</em> through high service levels and strong relationship focus;</li>



<li><em>negotiating commercial offers</em>, managing orders and related documentation;</li>



<li><em>participating in trade fairs and industr</em>y events to promote the brand;</li>



<li><em>achieving sales and profitability</em> targets;</li>



<li>preparing <em>periodic reports</em>;</li>



<li><em>collaborating with internal teams</em> to update sales support materials and ensure effective integration between customer needs and offered solutions;</li>



<li><em>constantly analysing the market</em> to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements and Skills:</strong></p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Technical and/or economic <em>diploma or degree</em>.</li>



<li><em>Willingness to develop in-depth technical knowledge</em> of the sector (products and competitors).</li>



<li><em>Sales skills and experience</em> in a similar role, preferably in mechanical manufacturing companies.</li>



<li><em>Excellent spoken and written English</em> and at least one <em>additional language</em> (German or French).</li>
</ul>
